1. Introduction

Welcome to BR Events. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our event management services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. BR Events is a professional event management company based in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, specializing in weddings, corporate events, birthday celebrations, and other special occasions.

BR Events provides comprehensive event management services including but not limited to:

• Wedding Events: Complete wedding planning, mandap design, floral arrangements, photography coordination, and guest management
• Corporate Events: Conference planning, product launches, team building activities, award ceremonies, and business networking events
• Birthday Celebrations: Themed decorations, custom cakes, entertainment shows, and party coordination for all ages
• Venue Management: Access to 15+ premium venues including banquet halls, hotels, resorts, farmhouses, and outdoor locations
• Vendor Coordination: Network of 50+ professional vendors including photographers, caterers, decorators, and entertainment services
• Event Planning: Complete event coordination, timeline management, and on-site supervision

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be confirmed with a signed contract and advance payment
• Event dates are secured only upon receipt of the advance payment
• Changes to event details must be communicated in writing at least 15 days before the event

4.2 Payment Structure

• Advance payment: 40% of total cost at the time of booking
• Second payment: 40% of total cost 15 days before the event
• Final payment: 20% of total cost on the day of the event
• All payments should be made to BR Events through authorized payment methods

4.3 Additional Costs

• Any additional services requested during the event will be charged separately
• Transportation costs for venues outside Chittoor will be added to the total cost
• Overtime charges apply for events extending beyond agreed duration

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellation

• More than 30 days before event: 70% refund of advance payment
• 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of advance payment
• 7-15 days before event: 25% refund of advance payment
• Less than 7 days before event: No refund

5.2 BR Events Cancellation

• In case of cancellation by BR Events due to unforeseen circumstances, full refund will be provided
• Alternative dates will be offered when possible
• BR Events will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client

6. Responsibilities and Obligations

6.1 BR Events Responsibilities

• Provide professional event management services as agreed in the contract
• Coordinate with vendors and venues to ensure smooth event execution
• Maintain quality standards for all services provided
• Provide on-site supervision during the event
• Ensure timely setup and coordination of all event elements

6.2 Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about event requirements
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals if required
• Inform about any special requirements or restrictions in advance
• Cooperate with BR Events team during event planning and execution

7. Force Majeure

BR Events shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions
• Government orders, lockdowns, or legal restrictions
• Pandemic situations or health emergencies
• Power failures or infrastructure breakdowns
• Vendor cancellations due to emergencies

In such cases, BR Events will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

8. Limitation of Liability

• BR Events' liability is limited to the total amount paid for services
• We are not responsible for damages to personal property of guests
• Clients are responsible for informing guests about venue rules and safety guidelines
• BR Events is not liable for actions of third-party vendors beyond our control
• Photography and videography rights remain with the respective service providers

9. Intellectual Property

• All event concepts, designs, and planning materials created by BR Events remain our intellectual property
• Clients may use event materials for personal purposes only
• BR Events reserves the right to use event photographs for promotional purposes unless specifically restricted by the client
• Any custom decorations or designs created by BR Events cannot be replicated without permission

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• BR Events respects client privacy and handles personal information responsibly
• Client information is used solely for event planning and service delivery
• We do not share client information with third parties without consent

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation
• If resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled through arbitration in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh
• The laws of Andhra Pradesh and India shall govern these terms
• Courts in Chittoor shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings

12. Modifications to Terms

• BR Events reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
• Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms
• Existing contracts will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of signing
